The aim of this project is to develop a system for wireless message communication between two computers using 2.4 GHz trans-receiver units.
This project uses a pair of 2.4 GHz transceiver modules duly powered by a 5 volt DC and alarm circuits. They are used for bidirectional real-time chat communication from one PC to another wirelessly using a hyper terminal. While one of the user attempts to initiate a chat, an intimation upon that message is received first by a buzzing sound.
Thereafter the other user can start communicating over chat mode from his PC. A pair of transceiver modules are connected to the PCs using a DB9 (De-Sub) connector and through serial data cord using RS232 protocol communication between the module and PC. An on-board dedicated AC to DC power supply is used at both the ends to power the units.
This concept in future can be further enhanced to link more number of systems forming a network of dedicated computers such that a number of employees can communicate with each other.
